尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、老師，親愛的同學(xué)們：

　　大家晚上好，我是來自于石工11級的**，現(xiàn)擔(dān)任石油工程學(xué)院青年志愿者協(xié)會實(shí)踐部部長，很感激大家今天晚上的到場，給我們的主席團(tuán)競選一次機(jī)會。

　　我相信，在場的每一位同學(xué)心中，都深埋一顆公益的種子。兩年前，我也是懷著這樣一顆種子，進(jìn)入青年志愿者協(xié)會。從最初到敬老院慰問老人，參加大型志愿者活動，到現(xiàn)在自己舉辦活動、號召同學(xué)，我們團(tuán)結(jié)一心，一路吸取經(jīng)驗(yàn)一路成長。作為志愿者的我們，很累很辛苦，但我們一邊抹去汗水一邊露出會心的微笑。

　　今年，我主要負(fù)責(zé)管理青協(xié)愛心服務(wù)平臺以及學(xué)院組織的一些主題活動，具體包括愛心服務(wù)平臺啟動儀式，保護(hù)流浪小動物以及支教等活動，并協(xié)助舉辦了昌平三校素質(zhì)拓展，青協(xié)十周年慶典晚會。我?guī)ьI(lǐng)青協(xié)實(shí)踐部與石工12級各班建立密切合作，使志愿活動正式化、周期化，累計(jì)活動約30次，真正讓每個班級參與到愛心活動中來，

　　通過實(shí)踐提升自己的社會責(zé)任感和社會同情心。并在各項(xiàng)志愿者活動中投入極大的.熱情，獲得優(yōu)秀志愿者以及社團(tuán)優(yōu)秀負(fù)責(zé)人稱號。

　　因?yàn)殓姁�，所以留下。青協(xié)的每一份友誼和每一個微笑都值得我們?yōu)橹畠A盡全力，如果我有幸成為石工青協(xié)主席團(tuán)的一員，我將主要從以下三個方面建設(shè)社團(tuán)。首先是傳承務(wù)實(shí)，突出重點(diǎn)，團(tuán)結(jié)全青協(xié)同學(xué)，完善六大服務(wù)平臺，落實(shí)傳統(tǒng)實(shí)踐活動，并著重辦好支教等特色活動;其次是合理協(xié)調(diào)、理性創(chuàng)新，把握好青協(xié)的宗旨和方向，落實(shí)學(xué)院派發(fā)的任務(wù)，并在現(xiàn)有活動上，理性創(chuàng)新，落實(shí)軍都山專業(yè)志愿者培訓(xùn)活動，并開辟公益機(jī)構(gòu)交流講座等活動;最后是完善細(xì)節(jié)，力求飛躍，落實(shí)志愿者手冊印發(fā)，保證志愿者服裝到位，做好志愿者后期的反饋工作，并將我們開展的大型賽事活動與公益結(jié)合，建立小型基金會，使整個社團(tuán)的體系更加完整一致。

　　服務(wù)與奉獻(xiàn)一直是青協(xié)的宗旨，不忘初心，方得始終，我們將團(tuán)結(jié)全青協(xié)成員，以為全院同學(xué)提供更好的實(shí)踐平臺而不懈努力，爭取做到讓全院師生都滿意的一屆青年志愿者協(xié)會!謝謝大家!

　　Now I will introduce myself briefly.

　　I am 26 years old，born in shandong province .I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 20xx.I spend most of my time on study，i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.

　　In July 20xx，I begin work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao city.Because I'm capable of more responsibilities，so I decided to change my job.

　　And in August 20xx，I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment，I'd like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company，so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.
