著名教育家英語演講稿1
“Never give up” can be very encouraging words, but the majority ofyoungsters are likely to give up regardless when dealing with the ordinarydifficulties of life.As one example, many young people are reluctant tocontinue their English study when they feel difficulty learning new words.Butif one takes “never give up” as a motto, possibilities and opportunities areexpanded。
It is true that giving up may make things temporarily easier, but whatcannot be
denied is that new opportunities arise from perseverance.Never givingup can expand one’s possibility for success. When confronted with somethingunknown, a little bravery can result in the possibility of success, like whenDr.Fleming discovered penicillin.Meanwhile, the sense of never giving upenhances one’s self-confidence.This makes one more likely to try new things, opening up even more new opportunities. It can even be a benefit to personalrelationships。
In view of all factors, never giving up is crucial to the pursuit ofdreams.Even though toils lie in the way, success is at the other end.

When I was in Grade 8, I read the book "Robinson Crusoe".
The maincharacter is Robinson. When he was a child, he liked sailing very much. But hisfather didn't agree with him. Finally, when he was a young man, his father'sfriends wanted to take his father's boat. And he went with them.Unluckily, theboat ran up on a rock and this made a lot of sailors and passengers die butRobinson was alive! He went on a small land. There was nobody, no water or food. You could imagine that it was too hard to live. However, he put up a tent andgot things from the broken boat.As the months went by, Robinson learnt to makebread by himself. Then he found some groups of sheep. They were trained andeaten by Robinson.Twenty years later, there was a boat coming from England andRobinson was saved. The writer of this book is Daniel Defoe.Robinson was agreat miracle. He achieved numerous "Impossible things".Robinson Crusoe wasimmortal novel, because it showed us a courageous, brave, confidence.A vanquishable nature, a hero who exploited nature. There is no perfect life in theworld. But we can change our fate.If we have confidence and work hard, weabsolutely will be victorious and the most important thing is "Never give up!" Ibelieve that nothing is impossible!

There is a saying said that don't give up forever. When I was a child, myteachers often told that don't give up,and the hope was always there.
Whenever we meet with a problem, how hard the problem is,we shouldn't stopour work.We must have a faith that the most beautiful view will come in afterthe most high hill. There are also many examples, such as Zhang Haidi,ZhengZhihua,Helen Keller and so on,they all had a bad life, but they all successed bytheir efforts. In a word,if we have dreams,we should do our best to come true ourdreams,we shouldn't give up!

stop working for your goals.Do you agree or disagree with thisstatement? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer. “If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again.” These are wise words.Oneshould never give up.There is always another opportunity, another goal, oranother option. Once I ran for president of my class.Unfortunately, I lost.I lost becauseI did not promote myself enough.I looked at my mistakes and decided how tocorrect them. The following year, I ran for president again. This time I gavespeeches, called voters on the phone, and banded out brochures. This time I won.Never give up.There is always another opportunity. Once I wanted to study medicine.Unfortunately, I didn’t like science.Ifailed all my science courses at school. Then I realized that what I liked aboutmedicine was helping people.I changed my goal from healing people to helpingpeople. Now, I’m studying psychology. There is always another goal. Once I wanted to talk with my friend.Unfortunately, his computer was downand I couldn’t e-mail him.His phone line was busy so I couldn’t call him.Mailwould take too long so I couldn’t write him.Since I really wanted to talk withhim.I got on the bus and went across town to visit him. There is always anotheroption. If you give up, you might as well die.My advice is to always look foranother opportunity, another goal, or another option. There is always somethingelse.Don’t give up.
